  • How do we book a tour?

    You can book your tour directly through the website. If you just want to pay a deposit via Paypal at jamaicamesmerizingtours@gmail.com or Cashapp at $jamaicamt and the balance on the day of the tour. PLEASE NOTE DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. You can email us at (jamaicamesmerizingtours@gmail.com) or call/text/whatsapp (876) 536-8800 or call (954) 990- 0050. The balance will be due on the day of the excursion once you have met your driver upon pick up.

  • What does the tour include?

    Tours include entrance fees to the attraction with round trip transfer in a private vehicle.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.
    • All transfer and tour schedules are pre-scheduled. “No shows” are non-refundable.

    Cancellations made 24 hours or Less – No Refund.


    Cancellations made 48 hours  – A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.


    Cancellations made 71 hours - A 25% cancellation fee will be charged.


    Cancellations made more than 72 hours- A Full refund.

  • Are the tours private?

    Yes, all tours and transfers from Jamaica Mesmerizing Tours are private. We aim to ensure all our travellers are comfortable.

  • Are there group specials offered?

    Yes we do, please contact us for more details.

  • Can I customize a tour?

    Of course yes, if you would like to see additional attraction that is not a part of our package, go ahead let us know or customize your tour. Contact us.

  • What payments do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards online as well as paypal, zelle and cashapp. Cash is also accepted but requires a deposit to secure your date.

  • Is transportation included in the cost of tour?

    Yes transportation is included and if want to opt out of the free transport. It is no problem! Let us know. 

  • What is a good tip?

    A good tip is whatever you can afford. Tipping is optional and is highly appreciated.

  • I am a travel agent. Do i get paid for my hardwork?

  • Is it possible to make a special request?
